Jasper Abbott Elected AAJ’s Newsletter Editor

Warshauer Woodward Atkins attorney, Jasper Abbott, was recently elected the newsletter editor for the Railroad Law Section of the American Association of Justice.  AAJ is the largest association of trial lawyers in the world.  As newsletter editor, Mr. Abbott will be responsible for collecting, editing and publishing vital information to help lawyers who represent workers and the public injured by railroads stay abreast of the latest law, strategies and news about this special field of law.  Partner Michael Warshauer is a past chair of the Railroad Law Section and had this to say about Jasper’s new role: “Our firm has a long history of suing railroads, and it’s good to see another of our lawyers take a leadership role in this area of law.”  Mr. Abbott looks forward to doing a great job and encourages lawyers with articles of interest to “send me everything you’ve got and I’ll figure out what to do with it!”
