
Biography
A partner at Warshauer Woodward Atkins since 2013, Trent Shuping has taken cases to trial in state and federal courts throughout Georgia on behalf of clients injured by the carelessness of others. Trent focuses on cases involving defective products, railroad accidents, tractor-trailer, motor vehicle wrecks, and general negligence cases. In addition to his stellar work in the trial courts, Trent has extensive experience handling appeals in both state and federal courts, and has argued in front of the Georgia and Tennessee Courts of Appeals as well as the Georgia Supreme Court. As a result of his efforts, Trent has been selected as one of Super Lawyer’s Rising Stars.
Education & Personal
A native of Marietta, Georgia, Trent graduated from the University of Georgia and Duke University School of Law. He is a long-time member of the board of Restoration Atlanta, a non-profit focused on serving families transitioning out of homelessness. He lives in Smyrna, Georgia with his wife and two daughters. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and running.

PERSONAL LIFE
Trent and family enjoy spending time in Georgia’s State Parks, riding bicycles, and eating biscuits. When he is not working or with his family, Trent is usually off somewhere running, in the hopes of shaving roughly seven minutes off his marathon time and qualifying for the Boston Marathon.
