About Our Firm

Atlanta Personal Injury Lawyers Who Care

At Warshauer Woodward Atkins, we are committed to obtaining full compensation for victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Our firm routinely takes on large, complex cases referred to us by smaller firms that are aware of our history of success in handling such cases. All of our Atlanta personal injury attorneys work hard to get the compensation our clients deserve. This means we will recommend a trial rather than settle for less than our clients should recover.

If you or someone you love has suffered a catastrophic personal injury or death due to someone else’s negligence, our trusted, ethical attorneys are prepared to provide you and your loved ones with aggressive legal representation to bring your case to a favorable resolution.

Collaborative Approach to Our Clients’ Cases

When a client retains one of our personal injury lawyers, he or she also receives support from the dedicated and experienced professionals who work at the Warshauer Woodward Atkins. Each case is assigned to two of our lawyers and at least one paralegal. Regardless of the type of case, our clients can turn to any member of our staff with questions about their case or to ask for updates. In complex cases such as those involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, or railroad accident injuries, we work with industry-savvy investigators and experts who compile evidence that is used to build the strongest case possible. This team-oriented approach allows us to develop strong, effective case strategies to ensure that each client benefits fully from our collective experience, insight, and dedication to the pursuit of justice.

Each member of our team is dedicated and active in their communities, donating their time and money to local civic and public organizations, such as the Jaycees, the Boy Scouts of America, Junior League, non-profits who work with the homeless or disabled, churches, and little league sports teams. They are active in the political process and have helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the campaigns of elected officials who share their vision for civil justice and support each U.S. citizen’s Seventh Amendment constitutional right to a trial by jury.

We Provide Contingency Fee Representation

At the Warshauer Woodward Atkins, our fee is contingent upon the recovery of damages on a client’s behalf. If we do not obtain a verdict or settlement, we do not charge legal fees. We know that the burden on our clients is very heavy during this time and the last thing we want to do is add to that burden. That is why we offer contingency fee representation, taking the legal burden off our clients’ shoulders to ensure we don’t add any financial strain.

Consultations with prospective clients are also free of charge. If you would like to have our firm evaluate your claim, please contact our office today.
