Jasper Abbott, an attorney at Warshauer Woodward Atkins, is a respected and experienced attorney who passionately and ethically advocates on behalf of his clients. Jasper has extensive experience as a litigator in cases involving medical malpractice and civil rights violations. Jasper’s outstanding skills have been recognized by his colleagues and he was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021.
For almost a decade, Jasper was a defense attorney. Because of this experience, Jasper knows the considerable resources that insurance companies and corporations utilize to deny fair compensation to individuals and families who have been hurt by the negligence of the insured and employees. Jasper utilizes this experience in all of his cases to obtain the most favorable outcome possible on behalf of his clients.
Jasper currently resides in the Edgewood neighborhood in East Atlanta with his wife, Deah, and son, Alyosha. When Jasper is not practicing law, he enjoys going to baseball and basketball games, eating good food with friends and family, and visiting the Georgia Aquarium with his wife and son.

Jasper Abbott was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After high school, he attended and graduated with honors from the University of Kansas in 2007. In 2010, he obtained his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, he competed in numerous moot court competitions where he won Best Speaker and Best Brief awards. His success in these competitions earned him induction into the prestigious National Order of Barristers.
