We build our clients through a contingency fee structure, similar to the lawyers you see in TV ads. This means we don’t charge any fees unless we successfully recover for them, and our fee is a percentage of the recovered amount. This approach allows us to partner with clients who might not afford hourly billing. In significant cases, where we invest hundreds of hours and money in expenses like case fees, deposition costs, and expert bills, our clients pay nothing upfront. If we don’t recover, they owe us nothing. When we do recover, our fee and expenses are deducted from the final amount, covering costs like filing fees, deposition fees, and expert charges, which can range from $600 to $4,000.
