Handling plaintiffs’ cases for three decades, prior to becoming a lawyer, I gained valuable experience working for a defense firm under excellent mentors. During law school, I worked for a well-known plaintiffs’ firm, engaging in appellate work. My practice has been primarily in the medical arena, although I assist in various cases, including product liability. With a focus on complex cases involving multiple parties, I am well-equipped to handle personal injury components in diverse scenarios. I have a particular emphasis on mediations, especially those with intricate aspects, reflecting the evolution of my practice towards mediation. While transitioning from an active legal practice to a mediation focus takes time, it is a deliberate progression that I am actively pursuing.
