A new firm, formed in August, brings together five board certified attorneys with prestigious experience and successful track record of winning complex cases including psychiatric malpractice, wrongful death, paralysis,  burns, electrocutions, police and day care misconduct.

Together, the Warshauer Woodward Atkins team has litigated cases in not less than 15 states and appeared as counsel in five United States Courts Appeal as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. The partners work to restore lives affected by medical malpractice, defective consumer, and industrial products. The partners are Bill Atkins, Natalie Woodward, Lyle Griffin Warshauer, Michael Warshauer, and Trent Shuping.
