Warshauer Woodward Atkins Honored for Receiving a Top Verdict in 2017
Warshauer Woodward Atkins was recently recognized in The Daily Report for having obtained one of the Top 20 Jury Verdicts in all of Georgia for 2017.
Warshauer Woodward Atkins Partner Michael E. Perez tried the medical malpractice and wrongful death case with co-counsel Jennifer Kurle and Steven Justus in Cobb State Court. A Cobb County jury found in favor of Warshauer Woodward Atkins’s Client and awarded him $3,216,154 in August of 2017 for the opioid overdose of his wife who was a patient at Kennestone Hospital. The jury verdict was the 18th highest verdict in Georgia, and the 7th highest medical malpractice verdict in Georgia. To read more about this case, click here.
